Sociology Program |

Sociology at Pomona combines rigorous training in social
theory and research design with extensive attention to
social problems in communities. Holding joint appointments
or affiliations with American Studies, Asian American
Studies, Chicana/o-Latina/o Studies, Environmental Analysis, Public
Policy Analysis, Science, Technology & Society, and Gender & Women’s Studies, the Sociology faculty members teach a rich
assortment of courses about social life and social
processes.
